WATER SYSTEM VALIDATIONS
Once a water system is set up, validation testing should be performed. Validations consist of a large number of samples being analyzed over a short period of time, to ensure that enough data is accumulated to achieve statistically reliable data. This data is used as a baseline for future result interpretations.
A validation should be followed up with regular testing to ensure that quality of water obtained from the system is both consistent and acceptable. Contaminants can build up over time, or climb rapidly without advanced warning. Regular monitoring ensures that any deviations are caught and corrected before product loss or system failure occurs.
